Mr Burton has been the chairman of Hardware & Lumber since March 2009. He also serves on the boards of several subsidiaries of GraceKennedy Group, including GraceKennedy (Belize) Limited, Grace Foods USA, Inc., and Grace Foods UK Limited.

Ms Douglas is a Fellow of the Institute of Governance Professional and holds an MBA in Finance from Manchester Business School. She has over 30 years of experience in Accounting and Corporate Secretarial practice.

Mrs Gilbert is a fellow of the ACCA and a Certified Fraud Examiner with over 25 years of experience in shipping and logistics, ICT, automotive, consumer goods, port security, and the auditing industries. She serves on the Finance and Compensation sub-committee of the Board.

Mr Richards also holds directorships in DownSound Entertainment, Caribbean Love Now, R-Hotel, Parkland Industrial, Sure Financial and Avalon Logistics....

Mr Smith is a member of  the Customer Experience and Audit and Governance sub-committees of the Board.
