By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Hardware & Lumber Loyalty Programme (H&L Club and H&L Pro), hereafter referred to as the 'H&L Loyalty Programme,' you have accepted the provisions listed below and any amendments hereto:

1. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
2. Benefits offered under the H&L Loyalty Programme are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed by family members or friends
3. Discounts and promotions are on selected items at the discretion of H&L and are not applicable to sale items, fertilizers, baby chicks, feeds, cement, lumber and paints
4. H&L maintains the right to cancel, terminate or revise your status in the Loyalty Programme at any time for any reason
5. Clients joining the H&L Loyalty Programme automatically opt-in to receive promotional messages
6. Any notice from you, such as change in contact information or any other communication to H&L should be addressed to:
