Mr Reid is an experienced human resource professional with over 30 years in the field, serving for over 18 years in senior leadership roles. He has proven capabilities spanning the areas of human resource strategy formulation and implementation; organisational development; compensation management; planning and change management. Mr Reid serves on the Customer Experience and Finance and Compensation sub-committees of the Board.
