Mr Richards has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, corporate finance and general management. He is the managing partner of Greystone Capital Partners Holdings and the executive vice-chairman of Argyle Industries Inc.
Mr Richards also holds directorships in DownSound Entertainment, Caribbean Love Now, R-Hotel, Parkland Industrial, Sure Financial and Avalon Logistics. He is a graduate of Howard University, from which he holds a BBA with a concentration in finance. He has held positions at several global firms, including JP Morgan Securities and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
