Mr Williams has over 25 years of experience in the financial field. He is the vice-president of strategic planning and information technology at The Insurance Company of the West Indies. He holds an MBA with a major in Finance from Baruch College, City University of New York and a Bachelor of Science with a major in Anthropology and Zoology, from the University of Toronto. Mr Williams chairs the Finance and Compensation sub-committee of the Board.
